Hi, it’s Stephanie! I just visited the east coast, and I got a huge reminder from springtime about slowing down and being myself.
The trees in my parents’ neighborhood were starting to bloom when I got there in March. The Cherry Blossoms and Red Buds and Tupelos were lining the streets in pinks and purples and greens. But they were just getting started. Then I left for a few days and went to New York City. When I came back, most of the trees were STILL not in full bloom. Three weeks in spring for the buds to start opening into blossoms.
